The purpose of this policy is to advise you as our customer, as to the services that can be expected from Polish Me   Nails, and the steps and procedure that can be taken if you, the customer are not satisfied with the services you receive from Polish Me Studio.

for booking appointment we have a deposit fee of $10 dollar, applicable to your service at the moment of check out. any cancellation or not show this deposit is gonna cover the fee or cancellation. 

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, we simply ask that you notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify us at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a $10 fee that you paid for the deposit on the booking.  if you not show to your appointment the deposit of $10 will not be returnable. 

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. If your nails become scratched or mis-shaped we will fix them if you notify the salon at which you received the service within 24 hours of the service. we will not offer any refund or credit note. we will re do any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied of the work we do, provided that you tell us immediately after we have performed the service that you are unhappy with the quality of the work.  We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side.


For your comfort and safety, please notify our specialists if you have allergies, any physical issues or disabilities, or if you are pregnant. If you experience discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment, please alert your service provider immediately.

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Late arrival to your appointment is gonna cut your service. 

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Not personal or business check accepted. 

  Immediate sun exposure following skin care treatments and shaving after wax treatments is not recommended. We reserve the right to not work on clients with certain medical conditions and clients with open wounds.

The salon environment is one of relaxation, so please respect other guests by restricting laugh phone conversations in the presence of other clients.
